Salesperson: – Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets. – Strong communication and negotiation skills. – Building and maintaining relationships with clients. – Identifying new business opportunities and markets. – Providing exceptional customer service. – Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
4. Property Manager: – Experience in property management, including tenant screening, rent collection, and property maintenance. – Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. – Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations. – Ability to handle multiple properties and prioritize tasks. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Ensuring tenant satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
5. Plumber and Electrician: – Relevant certifications and experience in plumbing or electrical work. – Ability to diagnose and repair plumbing or electrical issues. – Installation and maintenance of plumbing or electrical systems. – Compliance with safety standards and regulations. – Strong problem-solving skills. – Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Ideally, candidates should have at least 1 year of work experience in an office environment, and a degree level qualification is preferred. However, we value individual merit and performance, and all candidates will be judged based on their skills and suitability for the role during the interview process.
